ORDERS

Orders must be placed by 17:00 pm delivery / collection within two working days.

Our logistic partner is AGO Imports or delivered by Post in special cases.

YOUTH PROTECTION

In Switzerland alcoholic beverages may not be sold to young people under the age of 16, and spirits to minors under the age of 18, in accordance with legal requirements. By ordering from AGO Imports GmbH you acknowledge these provisions and confirm that you are entitled to purchase.

SHIPPING

Delivery only within Switzerland

Deliveries to the city of Zurichare free from CHF 200. Postage costs of less than CHF 200 will be charged CHF 10.00.

The following delivery costs apply to the rest of Switzerland and Liechtenstein: For orders under CHF 350, a flat rate of CHF 25 will be charged for shipping and packaging.

PAYMENT METHODS

Invoice (Rechnung)

Our prices include VAT. The invoices are payable within 15 days. The delivery is carried out by AGO Imports GmbH with retention of title until the customer has fulfilled all of his obligations towards AGO Imports GmbH.

Please note that in case of delayed payment and after two reminders we will charge an additional amount of CHF 15 for administrative work after the third reminder Ago imoorts has the right to procced to further legal actions.

THE NEW PRIVACY

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on Novemver 2024. We would like to point out that we only use your personal data for use in connection with our AGO Imports GmbH. We do not pass this data on to third parties.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION

AGO Imports’s business is based exclusively on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Rümlang ZH.
